No prep. Proper preparation is two to three hours of sanding, solvent wiping and masking before any material is mixed. It is most of the labor in the job, and it is entirely invisible in the finished product — until the coating lifts.
No warranty, or a warranty with no shop behind it. A lifetime warranty from a business that will not exist in three years is a piece of paper.
