How it works

Every good liner starts here. The bed is degreased, sanded or blasted to a rough profile and masked. Skipping prep is the number one reason liners peel, usually at the tailgate first.
Bare metal, aluminum, plastic and fiberglass each get the primer or adhesion promoter they need, so the liner grips the surface instead of just sitting on it.
Sprayed hot from a plural-component gun, polyurea gels in seconds and builds a seamless, textured skin that absorbs impact, grips cargo and seals out water.
Most liner chemistry chalks and fades in sunlight. An aliphatic topcoat keeps black black and colors true on anything that lives outside.

Far more than truck beds. Shops spray Jeep tubs and full bodies, rocker panels and bumpers, trailer decks and ramps, UTV beds and floors, cargo van floors, dump bodies, boat decks and dock bumpers. Steel, aluminum, wood, fiberglass and many plastics can all be coated with the right prep and primer.
A professional spray-in on a standard 6.5 ft truck bed typically runs about $500 to $800 in 2026. Other jobs are priced by size, coverage and prep: rockers and bumpers cost far less than a full-body Jeep, and trailers and vans are quoted by deck size.
A properly prepped, professionally sprayed liner on a truck bed commonly lasts ten years or more. Prep, thickness on the edges and how hard you use it matter more than the brand on the drum.
Most liner chemistry is aromatic, which chalks and turns gray in sunlight. It is cosmetic, and an aliphatic UV topcoat prevents it. Ask for one on anything that lives outside.
